      - Added Shell.pwd alias (proteted by "$(not $(USE_SYSTEM_COMMANDS))") to make things work better on Windows.
     
     - Fixed one of the tests that was missing an $(EXE) suffix.
     
     Now most of the tests finally succeed on Windows!
