      Removed the reflection code from Filter_parse.
      
      Did not remove Filter_reflection from the camlp4* processors.
      It is nice to be able to define quotations that call into
      Filter_reflection.
      
      Did not remove poplmark/naive_old.  I'll delete it soon, but I still
      need to copy some code from it.
