      - Removing a duplicate rule: Itt_vec_sequent_term.reduce_nth_of_list_of_fun was
      the exact same thing as Itt_list2.nth_map_list_of_fun.
      
      - The name of this theorem in Itt_list2 was very weird (which is probaly the
      reason why Jason have missed it). Renamed it into nth_of_list_of_fun.
