      We're back in business in PoplMark, at least for the first three
      term declarations.
      
      Sequents are now BTerms.
      
      I adopted a new normalization style in Itt_hoas_sequent_term.
      This means we have some junk theorems there, and it is confusing.
      Will try Aleksey's method of check_all next.
