- Fill reasonable defaults for TERMS, REFINER, etc (instead of "undefined"),
making it possible to use the initial default mk/config without changes
(provided "THEORIES = base itt" is what one wants).
- Give a better message when a new mk/config is created. Will work best with
omake >= 0.9.4.24
