Opname "shortening" in display forms.
Changed the display forms API making the shortener an integral part of the
dform_base type. Now all the standard display uses the shortener properly. I
also changed the shortener type adding an op_kind (OpnameNormal/OpnameToken
flag) to the list of its arguments and change the slot[opname:t] display to
use the shortener.
