      Added some determinicity in the choice of next variable to eliminate
      (variable with lowest sum of absolute coefficients in all constraints).
      itt_int_bench3 dropped to 35 seconds (paper benchmark)
      bit itt_int_bench/test6 is still above 100 seconds but it was about 4 seconds
      in 1.19 revision
