      By default, build ocaml book without MathTimes fonts (this uses book2.tex).
      For MathTimes, use "omake jyh_doc" or "omake jyh_tex" (this uses book3.tex).
      
      Once bug 267 RFE is implemented, we should be able to toggle this in a less
      ad-hoc manner.
