Log message:

      Working on switching from our ad-hoc macro.ml package to the new pa_macro
      that is included in the distribution. Currently, we need an improved version
      of pa_macro (I with submit these improvements back to OCaml team, of course),
      so for now we need to have a local copy of pa_macro.
