      - Updated the installation instruction
      
      - Added some checks in Makefile to make sure people are using
      the custom OCaml (with all the extra files) and correct CAMLLIB CAMLP4LIB
      settings (Jason, you'll need to port this to omake!)
      
      - The check for ocamlopt will only be done when running "make opt" (or similar).
