      | Add preliminary omake build system.

      | Here's some things I haven't done yet.
      |    1. Support for some .PHONY targets like "clean".
      |    2. TeX compilation needs support in editor/ml/OMakefile.
      |    3. Haven't tried "omake -j 4" yet.
      |    4. editor/ml/Makefile is pretty ugly, could be cleaned up.
