      I think CPS conversion is fine... fixing a typo in the section
      where the rewrites are added to the reduce resource, and putting a
      BUG marker next to a comment that seems to be out of date.
      
      Also, tweaking the display form for TailCall so that there is a
      space between the function being called and the list of arguments.
