      Cleaned up m_ir.pho:
      -eliminated dependence on list.cph (which was getting cleared out
      in make clean anyways)
      -no need to include Phobos-related modules (it is a clean module...)
      -function calls take only one argument
      -got rid of enclosing "syntax" term.
