Log message:

      Inlined static_term definitions.
      
      This makes .ppo files slightly smaller and will, hopefully,
      speed up compilation a little.
      
      For some reason, num_regs in ocamlopt was almost unaffected by
      this change and ocamlopt still fails of itt_fset.
